Hello, my name is Lillie and along with my sister, Cher, we created The Swaggy Waggy Pup,  LLC. A world where our passion and love for everything all pets and fashion collide! 

For years I dreamt of how I can mesh these two loves into one, but like for everyone, life happens. It started with wanting to create a harness safe, durable, and comfortable for pets to use on long trips in the car to just heading to the park. As a fur Mommy of 4 dogs; Nestle, a chocolate lab, Deuce, a yellow lab and Skylar Juliet, my feisty tiny ShihPoo who walks around with a little “pep in her step” hence, “Swaggy Waggy”… And my newest addition to the family, Penelope Camille, my senior chihuahua mix rescued February 2023.  I wanted to protect them. Sadly, Nes and Deuce have crossed the Rainbow Bridge but nonetheless have been such a huge catalyst for this dream to become reality. I want to honor them as much as I can and see this dream come true for them and with them! With my love for fashion, I would dress them with whatever I could find online that would fit them and thought, “I can make this”. Soon enough their closet was larger than mine! And don’t get me started with Cher’s dogs, Stella and Oli — the true fashionistas!
